The clerk at the desk referred me to a security officer who expplained that car break ins are common in that area although we were never warned about it, I later spoke to a police officer and hotel maid who both confirmed that many break ins happen not only in the area but also in that particular garage.

3. i will say that the maids and the people that brought extra towels to our room were just a friendly as could be, it was the front desk employees that had an ugly attitude.
