5. There is a trolley service for some of the downtown area ($1.10 per person per trip or $4 per person for day pass) Hotel has a restaurant that was sadly lacking in service after we found it (no signs to indicate that it was a restaurant) tried to eat a dinner and a breakfast there.

6. We came back one night from dinner only to find our keys wouldn't work in the room, and when we went down to the front desk, they said we only had booked and paid for 2 nights, so they decided to take ALL of our belongings and move them to the bell closet.

7. For Elite members (silver and up?), they have a concierge area which serves a small (free!) breakfast, a small dinner, and desserts in the evening.

8. Also, I suggest Rosario's for dinner, El Mirador for lunch or breakfast and the Pioneer Flour restaurant for brunch (I forgot the name).
