1. Not sure why the negative reviews as had previously stayed at Embassy Suites and liked Tower much better.

2. The service is always great - this last trip the elevator was down in the exec tower, so they put my wife and me in the older main building, giving us a corner suite, comp-ing the first night, and buying our first night dinner.

4. Usually we stay at the Embassy Suites downtown but their prices have gone up significantly, so we decided to branch out and I am very glad we did.
