1. Everyone, from check in to check out, was uniformly pleasant, efficient and helpful.

2. They allow you to keep your car in the garage until 4pm the day of check out, which is another nice perk.

3. Walking to the Pearl District or over the bridges to Belmont and Hawthorne streets to check out some cooler areas was easy, although you need to like to walk if you head over the bridges, as it's a bit of a walk.
