1. There is free Wi-Fi in the lobby and meeting rooms; however not in guest rooms - a bummer.

7. Rooms were fairly updated, soundproofing was good, the lobby area & conference areas were clean and functional, and there were no surprises with billing or charges.

I'll offer the following praise which is a minor issue but symbolic of a customer service orientation: I liked that they have a couple of *working* desktop computers and a *working* printer conveniently set up in the lobby for the primary purpose of checking in for airline flights and printing boarding passes .
