3. I usually stay at more mid-range to budget hotels, and i miss the amenities that are usually included with a stay at those types of properties (free breakfast, fitness center, free internet, free shuttle etc..

8. The fitness center is club-style, with pool, sauna, steam, cardio, weights, tanning bed, etc. It is not 24 hours, though - the 24 hour gym is a smaller one in the exec tower.
