1. If you like music, then this is the best hotel to stay at during the Blues Festival as well as other waterfront events like The Bite.

2. Perfect for families with hyounger children for walking along the river path & playing in Waterfront Park but also close to the MAX for trips to the zoo etc. The staff were always helpful & took our feedback seriously.
