1. We dropped our stuff in our room, had an excellent dinner at Three Degrees (hotel restaurant), and when we got back to our room the bed was indeed ready.

4. The staff by the way were exceptionally friendly, self-described 'individual concierges' and they recommended a fabulous place for breakfast about a 15 minute walk away--Mother's--and a great dinner/jazz club--Jimmy Mak's(not sure of spelling).

Our experience was outstanding as usual, and the extra attention they gave the dogs, from food and water bowls and treats in the room, to poo bags at the front desk when we realized we'd left ours in the car, to the offer of petsitting while we went out to dinner, made this a perfect experience.
