1. Parking was valet only at $30/night which we thought steep but always found a spot on the street out front for a fraction of the cost during the day and free overnight so we did that.

4. I was there on a bicycle tour and thus the room was paid for as part of the package, so I can't speak to the cost/value equation, but I can say it was a really nice hotel that warrants an upscale price.
