1. We left a card on the bed that said we didn't need the sheets cleaned, but at the very least the maid should make up the bed nicely again, which didn't happen.

Problems included a front door (ground level, metropolitan area) that wouldn't shut properly, light sockets that didn't work, stained and crusty cushions on furniture, hair in the bathtub and on all sheets and blankets, internet access that was inadequate, and a bedroom view of overflowing eye level dumpsters and debris.
