1. I could easily walk to fun restaurants and bars, and it was the closest hotel to Washington Park - great for walking through beautiful gardens and hiking, running, etc. This is a perfect choice if you're looking to stay downtown on the cheap.

3. It is also very close to 23rd ave which is almost like a more upscale downtown with very active nightlife & shopping options.
