7. My daughter & I were 1st time visitors & this hotel met our needs perfectly--close to downtown, kitchenette, great service, free parking, WIFI, and very comfortable without the expense of the high-end hotels.

8. Once you get there, Portland has great bus and street car services, so I would recommend this place to those using only public transport as well.
