2. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms absolutely spotless - great towels - with a boutiquey decor that adds an upscale touch, that extends to the amenities - thoughtfully chosen Pharmacopia products - much appreciated.

4. And, no kitchen, no living area, and no amenities like I'm used to in standard hotel/motel rooms: There's no iron or ironing board, no place really to put supplies in the bathroom or shower, and no little place to sit down and relax in the room, because it's so small.
