1. Average experience overall, might stay again for location, but would look for other places with better rates, service or rooms first.

2. Near to everything in downtown Philadelphia, comfortable rooms (if not a little bland and underwhelming), staff isn't very friendly, but overall if you can get a good rate it's not a bad choice.

Within walking distance to really everything- Clean, comfortable, nice rooms- Reasonable rate- Ability to accommodate multiple groups- Great banquet space for a wedding or event- A real Starbucks, not just a Starbucks stand, in the hotel- VERY flexible on late checkouts, just call ahead to request.

10. If you can get a great rate, it is definitely worth the stay because of its close proximity to so much of what Philadelphia is about.
