5. The Concierge was fantastic, very friendly and helpful as we were trying to choose a place to have dinner, then made reservations for us.

6. I used the concierge service several times downstairs to book last minute reservations or get a suggestion and they were extremely helpful and knowlegeable.

7. I generally get rooms on the Concierge floor or 'junior suites' Some of these, located on the highest floors (meaning the junior suites) are below the A/C for the property so they are very noisy.
