1. It was within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping, etc. The rooms were decent, but a bit loud at night since it's a popular area.

7. It's steps to Reading Market, Chinatown and a short and pleasant walk to Penn's Landing, Rittenhouse Square, Independence Hall, etc. Rooms are nice and clean like Garden Inns tend to be.
