2. Three people working the desk - one very cordial and efficient; one exceptionally fast, cordial, and efficient (appeared to be a manager,) and one who barely addressed guests, didn't maintain eye contact, and acted like it was an effort be at work.

3. When we were ready to checkout, Marcel (?) the assistant manager of the front desk was especially attentive and wanted a 'full review' of our stay at checkout so she would know how they could improve.
