1. She sent us up some vouchers for free breakfast and the woman from housekeeping (who was also lovely) told us she'd take care of it right away.

2. As I said in my title, it was clean (nothing broken, or questionable as to whether housekeeping did their job), convenient to everything in Philly, and the staff was very courteous and polite.
