1. Leftover tray/dishes for room service lined the hallway, no cockroaches seen (thank goodness).

2. Room service was excellent, the breakfast at the hotel was very pricey however they did have an all you can breakfast buffet with cook to order eggs and pancakes, so despite the cover price of 14.99 per person for breakfast it was well worth it.

7. Once upstairs, the hotel is nice though room service trays were left outside of rooms too long, the halls were very hot (an air problem that I was told was 'being fixed tomorrow'), the best part was the dining room, great view but I would not stay here again.

8. Finally checked in and bags in the room, we headed to the restaurant at 21:10 to be told the restaurant closed at 21:00 and there was no room service.
