4. The location can't be beat - steps away from city hall, the subway, and a pretty solid array of shops and restaurants within the surrounding few blocks, although as with most of Center City, its a little too quiet at night.

10. The pros:- heavenly bed - best sleep ever- location - smack downtown, walking distance from amazing restaurants, i.e. Devil's Alley & there is this great gelato place too, not to mention the cafes!- service - this is probably the biggest strength of this hotel.
