1. Before I arrived at the hotel Gerri the concierge helped me with a dinner reservation at Tinto, best spot for a massage, flower arrangement and complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries.

5. Unfortunately, my 4 year old got stomach flu and threw up everywhere -- not only did they help with the clean up - they called regurlarly to to check and see if he was feeling better, if they could bring us complimentary food and beverages to help him feel better.

9. We enjoyed the great location (Rittenhouse Square has all the restaurants and shopping to keep you busy), complimentary bottled Pana water (OK, it was only 1 bottle per day), nicely appointed rooms, bathrooms, and swanky lobby geared towards socializing.
