2. the guy in the front desk gave me a promotional code for free WiFi after I addressed the problem, but this was an unusual and annoying encounter.

3. Compulsory valet parking at $18 per night and WiFi @ $12 for 24 hrs is the downside in this hotel, but that being said, the valet guys were efficient and the rest of the staff was both helpful and polite.
