2. It is downtown, two minutes from interstate, and if you walk around to rear of hotel across the street is wonderful park/lake to sit/walk and relax.

3. There is sufficient metered parking downtown, and the meters only have to be fed until 6 p.m. If you cannot find a meter, park a few blocks away on the street for free and walk back to the hotel.

6. The balcony doors have zero insulation and so when folks shout on the streets in the middle of the night (which they tended to do, routinely, during my entire stay - for whatever reason 2am to 3am seems to be the high tide) you'll hear every single word.
