The suites are clean (except I did have to ask them to clean a debris-streaked mirror when I checked in!) and bedbug free (I meticulously check every room that I stay in immediately upon check-in), the bed is pretty comfortable, the towels are comfortable, and the people working there are very nice.

10. This pleasurable experience started with the pleasant staff in which handled the valet of our vehicle and luggage to the room, this was accented by the efficiency and pleasentries of the front desk personnel during check in.
