1. from front desk was very helpful, the Valet Parking guys were amazing helping us every time and asking if we needed any directions, and the waiter from breakfast from Dorado, Puerto Rico (don't remember his name) made us feel at home with his great service.

2. The only negative was mandatory $20 valet parking, but that being said, the valets were extremely polite, and very prompt, truly almost no waiting when we picked up our car.

3. Compulsory valet parking at $18 per night and WiFi @ $12 for 24 hrs is the downside in this hotel, but that being said, the valet guys were efficient and the rest of the staff was both helpful and polite.
