1. Everyone we came in contact with (front desk, valet parking, housekeeping, omlette chef, etc.) was very friendly - a noticeable difference from other 'big city' hotels we have stayed at previously.

3. The valets treated us like royalty, the friendly greeting of 'Welcome Back' each time we returned from the front desk clerk, the amazing omlet makers that we wanted to take home, the friendly and fastidious housekeeping staff, the concierge that offered us help without even being asked, I could just go on and still miss someone.

7. the second day after housekeeping didn't leave me any towels i spoke with a man that was painting in the hallway from maintanence (i think his name was chris) i asked him if he could help me get some towels and instead of just calling someone for them he said he would be right back.
