1. the second day after housekeeping didn't leave me any towels i spoke with a man that was painting in the hallway from maintanence (i think his name was chris) i asked him if he could help me get some towels and instead of just calling someone for them he said he would be right back.

The suites are clean (except I did have to ask them to clean a debris-streaked mirror when I checked in!) and bedbug free (I meticulously check every room that I stay in immediately upon check-in), the bed is pretty comfortable, the towels are comfortable, and the people working there are very nice.

8. For example, the nook holding the towels in the bathroom is at the opposite end from the shower, so, if you forget to stack them up onto the sink before bathing, you have to get out and walk, dripping wet, across the bathroom (which is large) to get the towels.

10. It has the most beautiful pool and the best part of it you do not have to bring your towel from your room because they have thier own pool towel, when they run out just call from the pool and they will have it deliver in no more than 5 minute.
