Rooms and hotel were extremely clean which was a very positive part of our holiday plenty of towels and hot water, staff where exceptionally helpful and always went out of there way to wish you a good morning and welcome you back they are a great source of advice and helpful tips to get the best from Florida.

7. The staff on reception are friendly and helpful, Alan and Ron are always on hand to help and offer useful information and tips about the area, resaturants, attractions etc. The pool area is good with clean towels and plenty of sunbeds available.
