1. We ate in the restaurant once for breakfast and once for dinner--both were very good, service was great.

2. Free bottles of water every day was a bonus as was the free Internet in the lobby (for us Facebook addicts!) Would recommend Great Western for buffet breakfast and dinner.

5. My only concern would be that I visited as a Virgin holiday guest and in the brochure there were a couple of special offers (25% discount on dinner and free children's breakfast) - the hotel did not seem to know about these.

10. The lobby is lovely and there's a really good breakfast and dinner area a little bit dearer than other placed but the food is good and there is a lot of other places around for food.
