1. Television was ideal for the amount of time spent in the room (which wasn't a lot) Universal studios is about a 20 minute walk from the hotel, we found that a walk there early in the morning was lovely but we got a taxi back a few times which cost about $6, not bad to save our feet.

7. The security guy did call Disney and arrange for replacements (not at cost of hotel, we were able to cancel the others thankfully), so this was nice, but otherwise the situation was horrible and caused a big inconvenience.
