6. Free Wi-Fi was definitely a bonus, but they also have 2 PC's in reception you can use for free, even with a printer which you can use [first few prints are free, then they charge]We had breakfast included in the rate which was a good spread and had someone cooking eggs/waffles to order.

7. My only complaint that i had was when booking I found a cheaper rate and contacted the hotel-they said fill in the best rate guarantee form and when you check out you get it at the cheaper rate less 10%-basically did this and when checking out realised they overcharged by almost $100.

Since I got back I have been emailing back and forth to the BRG email address and what do you know someone made an error when processing the BRG claim and although they are not arguing over the fact that i was charged more to book with the hotel they still wont refund me the money Im due?and how is that best rate guarantee.
