3. this holiday was great it was perfect for me and my son he is 7 the location was fantastic the staff was amazing he was a lill small but it was ok because u had a big space to relax and a bar which serve food, the room was just beautiful space every where and the view the bathroom was huge and the bed, yes they dont v kind size tv but who cares your on holiday, the only thing is the fridge i pre order mine because of medication so they did not v one on arrival so i had to ice my meds but it didnt work for me so i spoke to the manager javier he was amazing and he got me one on the 2 day of my holiday so i thank him for that.

6. We enjoyed this visit very much!(By the way, after my last negative review, I was contacted by phone by the manager of the hotel, who apologized, and refunded my Starwood points which I used to book the room - VERY good customer service.

7. overall this is probably one of the best hotels on international drive we have not found better if the manager reads this reviewplease show it to all your staff and give them the praise they deserve (and a ppay rise)we wont be staying anywhere else and will be back next year well done 4 points paul and amanda kinder.

8. the hotel isconviniently located near wet and wild with great views from the room we had a 15th floor overlooking universal/islands, there are 2 bus stops right outside,1 lynx and 1 i ride trolley overall this is probably one of the best hotels on international drive , we have not found better, if the manager reads this review please show all the staff and give them all the praisethey deserve and a pay rise .
