5. We called the front desk and they were responsive enough to send a cleaning lady over with fresh towels, but didn't tell the lady that we needed our room cleaned so she wasn't in a very good mood when we told her that we needed more than towels.

7. when we encountered a member of the housekeeping staff in the hall at 5 PM, the person explained that they were 'backed up!' We just asked for fresh towels and some coffee and called it good.

8. We called down for extra towels on two separate days and it took about an hour both times to have someone even come to our room and when they did come, they asked what we needed instead of knowing that we needed towels like we had asked for.
