4. Staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful but the wait staff at the restaurant was the worse that I have seen in a long time - impossible to get a second cup of coffee and they got easily frustrated when my co-workers would come down one by one and join our table.

6. The business office worked with me to find a great meeting room, the front desk was very helpful on several fronts - from helping me find places to eat, to switching my room quickly (the first one smelled like smoke), to bringing supplies up to our meeting room, they were fantastic.
