We were called about an hour and a half later, and when I picked up my keys, we were not offered a cookie (as DoubleTree takes pride in this) and we did not receive our coupons for the 'Romance Package' we had booked (per the website, this includes breakfast in bed every morning of our stay, a free bottle of champagne, and free access to the gym, which was FREE ANYWAYS!)CLEANLINESS - AWFUL.
