1. Not sure why the maids need to come by so early, like 8:00 am, to try to clean the rooms.

2. Everyone that we encountered from the valet parking, front desk, restaurant, maids, and the lounge were extremely courteous and pleasant, even though the place was hectic due to all of the activities.

4. This hotel has 16 floors and if you are up on the one of the higher floors you do not want to take the steps, so you have a terrible time trying to use the elevators if the maids have their carts in there.

8. Half the price in some cases - Double the service and more than anything when the maids, Parking attendants, Front Desk , and Manager calls me by my full name and treats me as if I were royalty --well I'll never stay anywhere else when I am in New Orleans.
