1. I never heard noise from the hallways and rarely from the street unless it was loud sirens.

9. The hotel is located with access to everything, and far enough from Bourbon street to be quiet.

10. One weakness is the $48 valet fee but ended up parking next door for less than half the price and got lucky the 2nd night in a free space on the street directly across the street.
