1. The woman helped someone else check out before helping me (I had asked to see something in a closed case and the woman paying for an item had merely just stepped up to the register)--she was friendly enough but not efficient.

4. When it came time to check out we discovered a fairly hefty phone charge on our bill, even though we had followed the calling card directions on the phone which should have made the calls free.

7. Check in and Check out (unless you check out through the TV) are slow due to inadequete staffing) There was 1 employee from room service (Reba), that was very very nice.

8. Make sure you check out the Sazerac lounge - we stopped in each night for a 'nightcap' and tried their Ramos Gin Fizzs along with the popular Sazerac drink too.

Stroll through the main corridors and check out the impressive chandeliers, marble and tile work, the exquisite female statue w/ pendulum clock in the lobby, The Sazerac Lounge with its politically incorrect happy-slave murals, and the Domenica's 3-6pm happy hour (the best in town), featuring stellar food by renowned chef, John Besh.

10. When I bought this to the front desk employee's attention on check out, he simply said 'Sorry', which seemed a little lame considering the wake up call was to get us to the airport and to our flights.
