4. Upon arriving, I parked at the wrong entrance and a hotel employee YELLED out the door, 'OTHER SIDE!' (This is a Waldorf Astoria Collection 5 Star Luxury Hotel?)At the valet / parking entrance the welcome was 'less than stellar' as four valet attendants were too busy standing in a circle telling jokes and laughing to take notice of my arrival.

5. 99 a day2) Parking is $48 a DAY and this does include in and out, but you really don't want to drive anywhere3) no coffee pot, and for a pot of coffee in room service (which it says is for 8-10 cups) it is $35, however we overcame this by my husband going down to Teddy's in the Lobby and buying two large coffees for $4 which were plenty big enough4) You have very little control over the temperature in the room.
