1. The location is nice, but given that there are at least 10 other hotels within a 5 block radius, I highly recommend saving your money and staying at a lower-priced hotel with better service.

5. With that being said, we didn't get harassed or asked for money or anything at all- it just surprised us because we were not expecting to be in a downtown sort of setting.

6. We stayed at the Roosevelt for 4 nights and overall I would say this hotel is 5 stars and worth the money.

7. Also, we arrived a bit late around 9 p.m. and had a Best of Waldorf credit that gives you some money towards hotel expenses, but when we checked in we found out that you have to spend each amount per day, or it doesn't carry over to the next day.

8. They informed me that, in order to save money, the rooms are equipped with motion sensors that trigger the heating/cooling system.
