The location is nice, but given that there are at least 10 other hotels within a 5 block radius, I highly recommend saving your
money
and staying at a lower-priced hotel with better service.

The concierges have to be the best we have encountered in 30 years of traveling -- gracious, spontaneous and right on the
money
with good advice.

Overall, the hotel had nice amenities including a spa, coffee bar, restaurants and a gift shop, but be prepared to spend some

Also, we arrived a bit late around 9 p.m. and had a Best of Waldorf credit that gives you some
money
towards hotel expenses, but when we checked in we found out that you have to spend each amount per day, or it doesn't carry over to the next day.
