8. Other complaints: the hotel did not have decent foam/firm pillows and they did not refill the towels the next day; hotel is located in an alley way that I wouldn't feel safe walking alone.

9. For a Renaissance property I was greatly disappointed by the following: cheap quality of the towels in the bathroom, the pillows were hard as bricks, lack of free internet/wi-fi in the club lounge.

10. Asked the front desk for a quiet room AWAY from noise, i.e. elevators, ice machines, vending, etc. Room given was 2 doors down from the ice, etc. Bed pillows smelled like an unwashed old man.
