5. We told the manager and she was very friendly and called in a company to check out the bedding.

6. The only bad things about the hotel are that the elevators are very small ( three people with luggage is a crowd), and upon check out we asked if we could leave our vehicle in the parking garage until one thirty and the lady at the desk was kind of rude about it but we were able to.

7. Check-in and check out were fine, staff was fine(actually the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful), and the room was very comfy and clean.
