1. I love the intimate vibe of the Renaissance with it being an upscale chain of boutique hotels: big city amenities with a small town vibe.

3. Room and amenities: Our room and beds were quite comfortable and housekeeping did a great job on keeping it neat, clean and well-stocked with amenities, although we ended up asking for another robe as only one was provided.
