1. Their website says free wifi in public areas (where it didn't work either), so I called ahead to see what the charge would be and was told it's free in the rooms too.

I have just returned home today after staying 6 days at the Iberville Suites in New Orleans, here is the good stuff,,, great location, very friendly staff from Valet to check-in to the breakfast crew, Free computer with printer in lobby, $12.00 per 24 hour for wireless in your room, best coffee in the city, in fact im trying to locate some for at home.

8. A negative for this hotel is that there is a $15/day charge for wireless, although it's free in the lobby and it seems to be true of all the hotels in NOLA.

9. The wireless internet didn't work after a few hours, and after spending 40 minutes or so on the phone with an expert, the best they could do was tell us to use the cable.
