1. The day I left, I did speak to the front desk about the problems I had with my room, as Shelita had asked me to do, and the gal at the front desk tried for several minutes to find an available manager, but she couldn't find any of the managers that were on duty to help her, but the one thing she did do was to give me half off the first night I had the water problems.

3. She followed up with me on the problems in my room the following night when I called to let them know that they hadn't fixed the problem and there was water on the floor again as well as, the problems with the key cards that continuously ceasing work (even the one that stayed in my wallet the entire time wouldn't work) and she asked me to please speak with a manager before I left, which I was hesitant to, but did the day we were leaving.

5. When we arrived, both Adam (front desk rep) and Cody (one of the hotel managers I presume) were at the desk waiting for us.

It is a great hotel as described in the ad for our 6 day stay for a wedding and accidents do happen,,,but when guests COMPLAIN that the hall smells like gas to the front desk and managers (if you can find one) on a DAILY basis and the same responses are given that it's 'the first I've heard of it' or 'I'll send the engineer up to look', or 'it's been taken care of' and we are all suffering from headaches and nausea.
