6. We stayed three weeks ago and had in general a good time at Iberville Suites, the location is superb, very close to Bourbon Street, stores, pharmacies, venue restaurants, etc., nice spa at the Ritz Carlton, comfortable suites, though very small but good enough for two persons.

7. If you are an early riser (before 8 am) then you can park on the street for free overnight and then pay just $10 a day one block away in one of the nearby lots and then park it on the street after 6 pm.

9. we found free street parking for the night since meters aren't in effect on holidays and then got up early the next morning and moved our car to the Amtrak lot which was a 20 minute walk, but worth it since it was only $5 per night).
