3. It's a short walk to most New Orleans sites/restaurants, the rooms are large and clean, and they do offer a continental breakfast.

4. Of course, what is within walking distance changes based on the weather and during our visit it was crazy hot and humid (especially coming from the Pacific Northwest) so some of the walks seemed long and exhausting.
