1. When we arrived for our stay, I was told they had no double rooms available but they could put us in a King suite which had a pull out sofa bed and they would give us a roll-a-way bed free of charge.

7. A negative for this hotel is that there is a $15/day charge for wireless, although it's free in the lobby and it seems to be true of all the hotels in NOLA.

8. Their website says free wifi in public areas (where it didn't work either), so I called ahead to see what the charge would be and was told it's free in the rooms too.
