1. While the carpet in this room was somewhat better, the walls were dirty and in need of paint, the mattress in need of replacement, the shower had a good deal of mold and the water temperature never got above tepid, and the television (no flat screen) was so blurry it was hard to watch.

4. We got a really good deal on the rooms at Iberville and when we arrived, we thought we knew why, there was construction going on on the street in front of the hotel and you could not see the front, plus it was difficult to find the entrance.
