1. Big negative: Extremely tardy housekeeping staff who arrive between 3:00 and 5:00 and who CAN'T COUNT, as in can't count face cloths, hand towels, and bath towels.

10. Housekeeping did an average job - both Friday and Saturday we returned to our rooms after it being cleaned to no towels - they didn't come back until 2-3 hours later and drop off the towels (and then only dropped off 3 towels, even thought we had 4 people staying in the room).
